What the demonstration line handles

  • 01Simple questions such as opening hours and addressAnswered from the registered shop information. Anything not registered is passed to a person rather than guessed at.
  • 02Holding and restarting newspaper deliveryTakes the caller’s name, address, and the hold period or restart date. Callers rarely use the formal words — everyday phrasing is understood.
  • 03Taking product ordersRecords the caller’s name, phone number, and the item requested.
  • 04Problems such as an undelivered paperTransferred to a person during opening hours. Outside them, the caller’s name and number are taken and staff are notified.

Example call

Taking a delivery hold. On a real call, details are read back to the caller for confirmation.

  2. AI

Certainly. May I take your name and address?

    Logged as a delivery hold
  3. Caller

    (name, postal code, address)

  4. AI

Thank you. From which day should we stop, and until when?

    Hold period confirmed
  5. Caller

Also, I have a question about payment collection.

  6. AI

I will connect you with the person in charge — one moment please.

    Transferred to a person

Calls answered by LineRelay are handled by AI. Call content is transcribed and processed in order to answer, transfer to a person, or send an SMS.

The same setup, for your line

Answers and call rules are configured around your sector and the calls you actually receive. Implementation takes four steps.
