LineRelay.ai
Implementation

Four steps to a working line.

No construction work, no new equipment, and in most cases no change to your published phone number.

  1. Review the current phone setup

We look at how your calls arrive today — your carrier, numbers, and how calls are currently forwarded or answered. In most cases the pilot connects through simple call forwarding, so your published number stays exactly as it is.

  2. Configure business information and call rules

Together we register the information LineRelay is allowed to use: hours, location and directions, services, common questions and their answers. We also set the call-handling rules — when to answer directly, when to transfer to a person and to which number, what to send by SMS, and which topics must always go to a human.

  3. Test with real call scenarios

Before any customer hears LineRelay, we test with realistic calls in both Japanese and English — the routine ones and the awkward ones. Wording, tone, and transfer behaviour are adjusted with you until the reception sounds right.

  4. Launch the pilot and refine it

The pilot goes live on a real line. Early on, we review how calls went and keep tuning answers and rules. Pilots run month-to-month, so continuing is always your decision.

What you provide

  • Your business information: hours, address, services, and the questions callers actually ask.
  • Transfer destinations: which person or number takes a call when a human is needed.
  • The text or links you want sent by SMS.
  • A decision on when LineRelay answers — all hours, after hours, or as overflow.

What the pilot does not include yet

  • No CRM lead saving and no persistent customer-data storage inside LineRelay.
  • No finished analytics dashboard — analytics is Coming soon
  • No calendar, reservation, PBX, or other third-party integrations in the current pilot.

Calls may be answered by an AI receptionist. Your speech may be transcribed and processed to respond to your request, transfer your call, or send requested information by SMS.
