2. The AI disclosure
Calls may be answered by an AI receptionist. Your speech may be transcribed and processed to respond to your request, transfer your call, or send requested information by SMS.
3. Information processed when LineRelay answers a call
When LineRelay answers a call on behalf of a business, the following may be processed in order to handle that call: the audio of what the caller says; a text transcription of that audio; telephone metadata such as the calling number, time, and duration; and, where the caller requests it, the mobile number to which an SMS is sent. Processing exists to answer the caller, transfer the call, or send the requested information.
The current pilot does not save caller information as leads and does not maintain a persistent customer database inside LineRelay. Retention on our own systems: [RETENTION PERIOD TO CONFIRM]. 4. Information you send us directly
If you contact us by email or through the contact form (which composes an email), we receive what you send — typically your name, company, email address, optional telephone number, preferred language, and message. We use it to respond to you.
5. Website
This website does not run advertising and does not use analytics trackers. The web host that serves the site ([WEBSITE HOST TO CONFIRM]) may process technical logs such as IP addresses as part of operating the infrastructure.
6. Third-party processing
Specialist providers process information to make the service work — telephony and SMS carriage, and language-model processing. Each provider, its purpose, and the categories of data it processes are listed on the Subprocessors page. We do not sell personal information.
7. Your choices and rights
